About Weft Feeder
A weft feeder winds a yarn reserve on a drum and releases it at controlled tension during insertion. Uneven tension shows up as weft bars in the fabric.
We supply feeder drums, yarn guides, tension elements, brushes, mounting plates and small machined parts for weft feeders.
Contact surfaces are polished to reduce fibre build-up and yarn hairiness.
