NBGrandwhale is a foreign trade company specialised in textile machinery spare parts and accessories. We do not operate a factory ourselves. Our role is to connect overseas buyers with vetted Chinese manufacturers and to take responsibility for the whole order, from technical clarification to delivery.
Our supply range covers heald frames, temples, Jacquard and multi-arm components, leno devices, tuck-in units, warp stop motions, weft feeders, as well as machined wear parts and made-to-drawing items sourced from partner factories.
We work in English with buyers in Europe, South Asia, South East Asia, the Middle East and the Americas. Quotation, factory coordination, inspection, consolidation, export documentation and after-sales follow-up are handled by one order desk, so the buyer keeps a single point of contact.

Partner factories are assessed on equipment, process control and export experience before cooperation starts.

Reference Confirmation
Part number, drawing or sample is confirmed with the factory and agreed with the buyer in writing before production.

In-Production Check
Progress and workmanship are checked during production, with first-piece confirmation for made-to-drawing items.

Pre-Shipment Inspection
Quantity, marking, protection and packing are verified against the packing list before the shipment is released.
