We source from specialised manufacturers we have audited and worked with for years, and we take responsibility for quality control, consolidation, export documentation and after-sales follow-up, so you deal with one contact instead of several factories.
Yes. We arrange measurement of the sample at the factory, issue a dimensional drawing for your approval, and then follow the batch production. Sample-based orders go through the same inspection workflow, and the approved drawing becomes the reference for repeat orders.
MOQ depends on the part type and the factory producing it. Stock items can often ship in small quantities, while made-to-drawing parts are produced per batch. Reference lead time is typically 15 to 30 days after reference confirmation, and the exact date is confirmed in writing for each order.
Parts are cleaned, protected and packed in cartons or export plywood crates on pallets according to the factory standard we agree with you. We arrange sea, air or express shipments from Ningbo and Shanghai, including consolidated orders that mix several product groups.
