Product Description
How this part is made
This top roller is machined from through-hardened bearing steel and ground on the working surface to keep runout low during high-speed drafting. Journal diameters are finished to drawing tolerance so the roller seats correctly in the cradle without additional fitting.
Each batch is checked for outer diameter, length, runout and surface roughness. Measured values are recorded on the batch inspection sheet and can be supplied with the shipment.
