Product Description
How this part is made
Spindle bodies are turned from quenched and tempered bar, then ground on the bearing journals and balanced before assembly. The set is delivered with bolster and tape pulley fitted, ready for installation on the machine rail.
Runout is measured on a V-block gauge for every set in the sample plan, and the result is written into the batch record.
